關于2022年勞動節期間調整部分期貨合約交易保證金標準和漲跌停板幅度的通知

各會員單位：
根據《鄭州商品交易所期貨交易風險控制管理辦法》第九條規定，經研究決定，對2022年勞動節期間部分期貨合約的交易保證金標準和漲跌停板幅度作出如下調整：
一、自2022年4月28日結算時起，蘋果、甲醇、玻璃和純堿期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為12%，漲跌停板幅度調整為10%，其中蘋果期貨2205合約的交易保證金標準仍為18%，玻璃期貨2205合約的交易保證金標準仍為15%；棉花和棉紗期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為11%，漲跌停板幅度調整為9%；菜油、菜粕和尿素期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為10%，漲跌停板幅度調整為9%，其中菜粕期貨2205、2207、2208、2209及2211合約的交易保證金標準仍為15%，尿素期貨2205合約的交易保證金標準仍為18%；白糖、花生、PTA和短纖期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為10%，漲跌停板幅度調整為8%；動力煤期貨2209合約的交易保證金標準調整為60%。
二、2022年5月5日恢復交易后，自品種持倉量最大的合約未出現漲跌停板單邊市的第一個交易日結算時起，菜油和菜粕期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為9%，漲跌停板幅度調整為8%，其中菜油期貨2209合約的交易保證金標準仍為10%，漲跌停板幅度仍為9%，菜粕期貨2207、2208、2209及2211合約的交易保證金標準仍為15%；尿素期貨合約的交易保證金標準調整為8%，漲跌停板幅度調整為7%，其中尿素期貨2206、2207、2208及2209合約的交易保證金標準仍為10%，尿素期貨2205、2206、2207、2208及2209合約的漲跌停板幅度仍為9%；動力煤期貨2209合約的交易保證金標準仍為60%；其他期貨合約的交易保證金標準和漲跌停板幅度恢復至調整前水平。
按規則規定執行的交易保證金標準和漲跌停板幅度高于上述標準的，仍按原規定執行。

Notice on Adjustments to Margins and Price Limits of ZCE Products during 2022 International Labor Day
To Members:
According to Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Risk Control of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) hereby adjusts margins and price limits of some futures as follows:
From the settlement on April 28, 2022, margins and price limits of Fresh Apple, Methanol, Flat Glass and Soda Ash will be 12% and ±10% respectively. In which, margins of AP2205 will still be 18%, margins of FG2205 will still be 15%. Margins and price limits of Cotton and Cotton Yarn will be 11% and ±9% respectively. Margins and price limits of Rapeseed Oil, Rapeseed Meal and Urea will be 10% and ±9% respectively. In which, margins of RM2205, RM2207, RM2208, RM2209 and RM2211 will still be 15%, margins of UR2205 will still be 18%. Margins and price limits of White Sugar, Peanut Kernel, Purified Terephthalic Acid and Polyester Staple Fiber will be 10% and ±8% respectively. Margins of ZC2209 will be 60%.
Trading will be resumed on May 5, 2022. From the settlement of the first trading day on which limit-locked market does not occur on the contract with the largest open interest of such product, margins and price limits of Rapeseed Oil and Rapeseed Meal will be 9% and ±8% respectively. In which, margins and price limits of OI2209 will still be 10% and ±9% respectively, margins of RM2207, RM2208, RM2209 and RM2211 will still be 15%. Margins and price limits of Urea will be 8% and ±7% respectively. In which, margins of UR2206, UR2207, UR2208 and UR2209 will still be 10%, price limits of UR2205, UR2206, UR2207, UR2208 and UR2209 will still be ±9%. Margins of ZC2209 will still be 60%. Margins and price limits of other futures contracts will be restored to standards before the adjustments.
In case the above adjusted margins and price limits vary from the current ones, the higher one will prevail.
All members are required to strengthen capital and position risks management, and to remind clients to improve risk awareness.
